Ambassador of Tajikistan to Pakistan, Yusuf Toir Sharifzoda, has extended warm greetings to the government and people of Pakistan on the country’s Independence Day, reaffirming Tajikistan’s commitment to strengthening its longstanding friendship and strategic partnership with Pakistan.
In his message, Ambassador Sharifzoda conveyed his best wishes for Pakistan’s continued peace, prosperity and progress. He described the close ties between the two countries as rooted in shared historical, civilizational and cultural bonds that have connected their peoples for centuries.
The ambassador said Pakistan holds a special place in Tajikistan’s foreign relations and emphasized Dushanbe’s strong commitment to further developing bilateral ties.
He noted that relations between Tajikistan and Pakistan are expanding on the basis of mutual trust and understanding, with significant opportunities for greater cooperation in various fields.
Ambassador Sharifzoda expressed confidence that the two countries’ strategic partnership would continue to grow and contribute to the prosperity and interests of both nations.
Concluding his message, he wished the people of Pakistan good health, happiness and continued success, saying: “Happy Independence Day of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan! Long live the friendship between Tajikistan and Pakistan!”
