The Embassy of the Republic of Korea is set to host a vibrant cultural event, “K-WAVE Festa,” on Saturday, May 2, at the SBC Lawn, Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
The event will run from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is open to the public with free entry and no pre-registration required.
Visitors will experience a rich showcase of Korean culture through interactive booths by leading organizations, alongside activities including Korean language sessions, traditional crafts, Hanbok experience, K-beauty promotions, and Korean food and games.
A special highlight of the event is the K-Beauty Master Class, featuring K-idol makeup styling and personal color testing, which will also be streamed live online.
The evening will conclude with the K-POP Festival national preliminary round, featuring vocal and dance performances by talented teams, along with a special opening performance by Pakistan Idol’s Faryal Amber.
The festival aims to strengthen cultural ties between Pakistan and South Korea while bringing the global K-culture wave closer to local audiences.
