ISLAMABAD: Overseas Pakistanis can now avail a tax-free mobile registration facility for up to 120 days per visit under the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) policy.
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is offering this service through its free and automated Temporary Mobile Registration System, accessible via the DIRBS portal at: https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/drs, according to a news release.
This initiative ensures uninterrupted mobile connectivity for overseas Pakistanis during their short-term visits to the country and reflects PTA’s commitment to promoting inclusive digital access.
